Make data work for you, not the other way around
We help growing companies design, build and lead practical BI & data capabilities, with a focus on business value, simplicity and cost efficiency.
Databide helps companies find the right balance between technology, people, cost and business outcomes.
How We Help
Business Intelligence & Analytics
We bring together data from different systems, create meaningful reporting, and establish reliable metrics that support better decision-making. Whether you need executive dashboards, operational reporting or a clearer view of business performance, the focus is on delivering the right information, the right time with the least possible complexity.
Data & AI Strategy
Technology choices can have a lasting impact on cost, complexity and business agility. We help companies make practical decisions about their data and AI investments, from selecting the right tools and defining priorities to identifying opportunities for automation, ML and AI. The focus is on building capabilities that solve real business problems, not adopting technology for its own sake.
Fractional Data Leadership
Not every company needs a full-time Head of Data, but most companies benefit from having someone define priorities, bring structure and ensure data efforts are aligned with business goals. Databide provides experienced leadership on a flexible basis, helping companies make better decisions, coordinate initiatives and build data capabilities that can scale as the business grows.
Our Philosophy-
Business outcomes before technology.
Data exists to help the business make better decisions and move faster. Technology is a means to an end, not the goal itself.
-
Use the least complexity necessary.
Complexity creates cost, slows teams down and makes systems harder to maintain. Simple solutions often outperform sophisticated ones.
-
Solve real problems, not fashionable ones.
New tools, AI platforms and modern architectures are valuable when they address a genuine business need. Adoption should follow value, not hype.
-
Build for the next stage, not the next decade.
Scalability is important, but overengineering is expensive. Design for growth when there is a clear path and business case for it.
-
Rules are guidelines, not constraints.
When the business needs answers urgently, pragmatism comes first. Temporary solutions, ad-hoc analysis and rapid delivery are often the right choice, as long as they are intentional.
The principles that guide how we approach data, analytics and business problems.
Aris Troupis started Databide to provide a more practical approach to data, after years of seeing companies struggle with either limited data capabilities or unnecessarily complex solutions that failed to deliver business value.
Aris brings more than 15 years of experience in BI, analytics and data leadership, helping organizations make better business decisions. From startups to large global enterprises, he has worked across different operating models, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
